- 10th Street 3 bedroom rates quoted for 7 adults and 7 children.
- Additional persons $15.00 per night.
- No pets, please.
- There is a $10.00 key deposit.
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- A security deposit is required Min. $500.00, $100.00 per person at check-in for incidentals.
- Balance due upon arrival. No checks at check-in. Checks are for advance deposit only and must be received 2 weeks after reservation is made.
- Cancellation policy: Receipt of deposit (1/3 of total) is considered confirmation of reservation and the cancellation policy will be in effect at that time. If suite is re-rented for the full amount, Guest will forfeit the $50.00 processing fee. If suite is not re-rented for the full amount, the rental deposit and processing fee are forfeited. Absolutely no refunds due to weather. If guest has not checked-in within 24 hours of arrival date, agent may cancel this agreement and Guest will forfeit all rental monies paid.
- All suites are non-smoking, there will be a penalty for smoking, and additional charges for additional cleaning, and inability to re-rent because of smoking and/or extra cleaning: minimum $250 and/or forfeit security deposit. We also require a credit card on file for incidentals.
- No refunds given after check-in.
- 2 night minimum weekends and holidays.
- Check in after 4:00 PM, Check out before 11:00 AM.
- One parking space per suite.
